Glass = fiberglass wrapped muffler baffle.
Find some mufflers you like that have baffles like this inside... www.mapcycle.com/categories/exhaust/muff...5-8-1-3-4-pipes.html

Is there other options?
I assume the Kerker system is high quality?

What Perry said! "The wrong kind of attention". LOL I was already getting that BEFORE I put on my Delkevic exhaust. I did not re jet for it since I left all of the baffles intact, although I think it could use a slight increase in the main jet, (lean is mean). I have not experienced any sputtering, and it runs like a bat outa hell, like it always has. It is also almost half the price of most of the other systems. I did not see it anywhere on the packaging, but I assume it is made in china like most everything else is now days.
It is considerably louder than the stock system, and has a deep knarly mean sound. I think it sounds more like this bike >should< sound. It is quite the transformation from the stock system . The Stainless turns yellowish within a few minutes of run time, compared to chrome, so all you need to do is adopt the mindset that yellow is the NEW chrome look.
It is also a breeze to change the oil and filter (the stock system was in the way), AND the center stand can be left intact, especially since a motorcycle jack can no longer be used on it.
