Very strange SCARY problem! Advice needed!

Very strange problem. Yesterday I rode the piss out of my Kawasaki with no issues. Today I went to start it up to go run an errand and I noticed craziness with the steering: like when I steer to the right it's very hard and it almost feels unsafe. When I put it on the kickstand and move the handlebars back-and-forth it's fine but when there's weight on it it feels very strange and not good enough to ride. Do you think it's the bearings or what would've caused that because yesterday it was fine

Check the pressure in the front tyre.

Good advice.. Before I saw this I went to check and the pressure is low, but it was just put to proper pressure yesterday. I assume the inner tube has a hole?

Or valve stem leak.
