XS Revival Parts LLC related to Z1 Revival Parts?

This looks like a trademark application, in Florida, 2015, for a new company name. Notice the new name is "XS Revival Parts". The applicant appears to be Chinese.
Now doesn't Z1 Enterprises have some possible affiliation a Florida company named "Z1 Revival Parts" ?
This seems to be quite a coincidence. Is there some Chinese company buying up all of the online parts retailers in the U.S. ?

I've never dealt with MikesXS before, so can't compare to now. Z1 E was always fast and very responsive.

Merging operations will bring some benefits. We now have a much larger source of parts - and that's helped with prices on a few parts already (like the steering damper for the Z1). The price dropped from $90 to $66... same manufacturer, just a different source.

We are researching best source for a fair few new Z1/KZ parts. Once the move has stabilized we are going to be focused on sourcing more and more parts for these old classic bikes....
