What is it worth? 81 kz1100

This showed up on Craigslist late last night. The seller says it runs good, but could use a carb and valve adjustment to run smoother. Is selling because he moved to an apartment and doesn't want it sitting out.
He is asking $700. The girlfriend says she doesn't want an 1100 but would be willing to trade me for either one of my 750s or 440s.

1980 LTD 1000..,1976 LTD 900, have the 1000&900 now. the rest are previous= 1978 KZ 650 B.., 1980 Yamaha XT 500..,1978 Yamaha DT 400.., 1977 Yamaha yz 80..,Honda trail ct 70.., Honda QA 50...5-1/2 hp brigs & straton CAT chopper mini bike...3-1/2 hp mini bike (WHEN GAS WAS ABOUT 45 CENTS A GALLON)!!!!

I think it's his girlfriend not his wife, but marriage might be one way to not have to part with one of your existing bikes :0

I bought a 77 candy apple red, all chromed out KZ 1000 for my wife in 1990, she said she would rather ride bitch, so I ended up selling it,
