He just replied to me through fb messenger. Apparently he's working on fuse boxes and they'll be available within the week.

I wasn't trying to be difficult. I just thought we would try the "standard" avenues first. Looks like great products but he's going to have to seriously up his business game if he's going to make it doing this.

Just frustrating that a company which seems to have some nice products and only one state away
from me cant run a business like a business. I have called about 6 times and left messages , and left my information on his website as they request and NOTHING :pinch:

Understood, he said he'll have boxes by Monday. I'll be the guinea pig and see if he comes through.

I read many postings over the past months voicing the same complaint. When it comes to customer service and actually providing products there is obviously a lack of commitment on his part. It appears that he is doing this "Creative Wiring Solutions" thing as a minor sideline on a part-time basis to pick up a bit of extra cash rather than as his primary source of income. Ed

The he needs to communicate that on his site.

"I do this part time from (X date) to (Y date) orders will be filled while quantities last" or "I will fill orders when (X amount) have been ordered or (Y amount of time) has passed since last run"

This is my 3rd of 5 niche vehicles I have worked on. Having folks making specialty parts on a part time basis isn't in uncommon but it's made clear by the vendor and understood by the customer.
