Bike of the Month.

Thanks Dave and everyone else for the comments!! Gonna post a couple pics of the paint work brought to me today for a bike I'm building for a guy. I going to try and get this guy to join and post up some stuff, I don't post up the builds of others I do.


This came straight out of Chip Ganassi Racings shop, painted by their head painter as a personal favor for this guy!! Talk about friends in the right places! This logo is painted, no sticker here!

Les, congrats on Bike of the Month. Cool to see the progression thru time. I remember reading about it in Cycle World at a Moto GP show.

First time I ever saw a Rootbeer/Orange LTD, looking forward to seeing finished project......Build thread with photos til it's finished?

We went to the Chicago bike show last week and I didn't see a single 900/1000
There may have been one but I didn't see it,

And now I present a 78 Z1R that I have admired since I first laid eyes on it. Welcome BOZO :lol:
Bozo aka John Witt has owned this Z1R since December of 1977
This is a love at first site love affair for John and Im sure from what he has told me that this bike will
be in his family forever !!!!!
When Bozo first joined KZR I took a shine to the bike . The installation of the upgraded brakes , shocks and suspension
are very well done. John sent me some excellent pictures of the bike and they can be found here and on the cover fader.
