I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to properly give credit. I would love to see this bike in person as I am quite sure the pictures do not do it justice. Spectacular job Greg and congrats! Thank you for keeping such a timeless machine in fantastic form.

Greg, I've sat and watched you wheel deal and keep these bikes safe. You have a great deal of my respect as I have a couple Z1's that I'm trying to put back original, it just aint as easy as you make it look!!!! Fine work and keep it up, well deserved addition to the elite.

Congratulations, very well deserved nomination.
I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.

Hi Guy's. Thank you all for the wonderful comments. When Dave contacted me about about BOTM I blew it off as no big deal. He actually had to email me several times for deadline photos. Thanks Dave for your persistence, now that my Z1 is BOTM and reading all the comments, it is indeed a big deal and will try again for another . I need to thank member Robert Koch for selling me the basket as he could of easily parted it out on eBay,thanks buddy.
And to Les Holt, yes I find great pleasure in saving these motorcycles that many in the past abused and considered jap crap.No telling haow many ended up at the scrap yard . I think we all have that grin on our face when we find one in a shed or buried in the garage and after 20-30 years or so hibernation, bring them back to life. That is just a testament to the great over engineered motorcycles that Kawasaki produced.
I have 75 z1 I bought in the spring of 2014 that is next up on the restoration list so please keep an eye in the project section and a
78 that i recently picked up. The 78, I fired it up today :)

Thanks again guys and lets keep the old kz passion alive

next project
