Supercharged KZ... What's it worth? was created by swflmike
I happen to have a supercharged KZ1000 that has been awaiting the time and money required by me to build it for around three years now. It has the Magna Charger set up on it. Engine is an 8:1 compression 1075cc. I do not know if the crank has been welded or not. This is my diamond in the rough. I know they're out there, but I've never seen another one in person. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the engine/supercharger combo is worth. Just putting the feelers out, so please don't anyone flip out on me if I decide not to sell. I sold the rolling chassis that it came in due to the way the frame was designed and started fresh. Now it sits on one of my lifts under a sheet.

That last pic looks awesome with the zrx tank.
As far as the motor and charger....u can get more if u Part it out.
As one piece I say around $2500 to $3000. If u had documents for the engine built maybe more .
I would keep it and make it street able as possible .

Cool. The turbo's were reputed for launching guys over cliffs in the day. The super charger should be more predictable. I'd design a cage for the drive though. I hated the HD's with open primaries. The swing arm is period, finish it and put up PICS.
