Steve i know this thread of Z2 Crank info has turned into anything but, ha. I Friend sent me a second Z2 "early" engine to restore. Meaning it will have the "Keyed" rotor crankshaft assy or part number 13031-044. Later ones weren't keyed, tapered friction fit and had a different part number 13031-1007. I know this thread is all of 11yrs old and still running but still interested in those fonts found on connecting rods?

The keyed rotors continued to the early 1000's. I have one. 
I still have the crank so I can take pics of what you need.

As I understand it the key disappeared on the 1000 with the switch to the "big pin" crank and the later generator for the MKII around 1980 ?
