81 kz550 cafe racer

So long time reader first time poster I got a 81 kz550 for 500$ and I planed on turning it into a cafe racer bike, I will try to post pics but I'm not that internet savvy haha

The first pic is how I bought it and the others are what I have done so far by myself what you guys think?

Looks pretty nice. I'm working on an 80 KZ550 but not a café. Just a nice old cruiser

Have you worked on kz bikes much? Jetting is really temperamental, I warped the exhaust and did put plug wires on it and it leaned out a bunch and I need to rejet it, of cores I don't know what all the guy before me did to it, but I drilled the jets and now it's raining so I have to wait to test it haha
