Top two photos look pretty obvious they are not KZ 1000's. They look like plain old CB 750's.

I know but who is to say the caption is correct?
Kawasaki did make a 900 in 72 and they also dressed them as Honda 750's before production. So the pics probably are Honda's because I doubt Kawasaki would sell a Honda clone to the cops. All I am saying is Kawasaki did try to fool people during pre production testing by disguising them as Honda's

Ya if you look at the pipes the run mostly parallel the KZ run more toward each other down to the collector. Positvely Honda
