J Block on KZ cases was created by LarryC
It's common knowledge that you can't put a J model block on KZ cases. Well, someone forgot to let Max at Performance Engineering in Nashville in on that deal

Here's a KZ with a 1260cc GPz1100 top end. The owner is a customer of mine. I did the head and Max did the rest of the work. Super nice guys, both of them. It's got a set of Jay's K435 cams & buckets with RS36 carburetors. Tons of torque everywhere according to the owner. Anyway, nice clean, well done.

Two ways of going about that.
Keep the roller crank ,Ape idler for the head, barrel spacer and machine the block for the idler wheels + a few other small details or slightly easier - fit a J/GPZ crank and adapt the crankcase to take the lower end of the front camchain slipper.
