Will and I are doing this together as far as I know since we only live about 20 minutes apart. He or I can meet Toad in Detroit by the Tunnel or Bridge if he wants, then we can arrange the 2nd half of our relay to go to the West coast of Michigan based on the day of the week. Im guessing we will get the flag one weekend and hope to have it to the next Pony Express Riders the following weekend if not sooner. Im retired so scheduling is easier for me .

At this point the only thing I have planned is to ride across the state with Dave (Street Fighter). I'm open to picking the flag up in Detroit or across the stream in Windsor, whatever works.

I do have a passport so no biggie there. I get a kick out of security when I cross back into the US "Did you make any purchases?" Me on my bike wearing only a jacket. "Yeah...this sofa you see..."

Seriously though, whatever works best I'll try to accommodate : - )

Bikes aren't allowed through the tunnel, or at least last time I tried they weren't, so it will be the bridge.

Good to hear From you Harm, Renthorin and Street Fighter are thinking about joining us for lunch, or Dinner for that matter.
What ever works.

I was hoping to get some Chicago riders interested in a ride up the lake front on the same day so the earlier the better , but what ever happens happens. ;)

Hey KZJoe900, I just updated the map and have posted it in the very first post of this thread.

I will be updating that map as things change so it will be the master map.

Please email me if you are going to drop out or join, it is easy for me to miss when someone just drops off the map.

I have left the numbers of those who were but no longer are part of Leg#2.

We still have the two long rides on out leg. Unless we find a solution to them then we may have to resort to mailing. The Pittsburgh to Canada run is the one that is most likely to cause us the most trouble though the Mississippi to Tennessee run is a bit much too.

I have a 4-5 hour ride one way getting it to Hypnohio depending on where I meet him. Since Andy dropped out it will shorten my trip as now I will meet George in Indy which is a 2-3 hour ride one way.

EDIT:
The Canadians have their own posting about who to who here on KZR, my map is very general once it crosses the border, best you take a look at their thread to get a better idea of where it will travel on that side of the border.

Glad you posted this because it is news to me.
This will shorten the schedule, since I may just stay on the slab the day I pick it up and meet you somewhere between Indy and Ohio. Worst case is I go home the day I pick it up and ride toward you the next day. I'll just slab it again and the handoff can happen.

Hmmm... somebody deleted you from the main map! I'll change my map and put you back on but you might want to put your dot back on the main one again so everyone knows your back, might check to be sure you weren't moved or something too!

Everyone has to be careful when messing around with the map or you will move or delete someone.
As far as I know you cannot make a copy of the map or anything like that, so if you want a copy then you will have to use your "print screen" button on your keyboard then paste it into your favorite drawing program to modify it. The only other way that I can think of would be to manually create you own map by entering each persons spot on your own map, PITA if you ask me... there's probably a better way but I'm not that familiar with Google maps like these.

Found your dot!

I was just looking at the Canadian posting for their part in Leg#2 and you were noted as now being part of their section! You're north of Toronto near rider rstnick.

If you actually moved then that's one thing, but I'm guessing that's not the case?

Hey Harm,
I will come all the way to your door if needed. Will (Renthorin) sent me a message somewhere on here about meeting I think you on the west side of state for lunch or dinner. My butt may take a beating , as Im more used to my Ultra Classic Geazer Glide for distance riding , but I plan on riding the Turbo LTD where ever we all agree on. Let me and Renthorin Know..

That would be great to do lunch or dinner somewhere(maybe in Grand Rapids). My KZ is only a 550 and i don't like to go too far but we can work something out when it gets closer.
