I hate stock. First thing I do when I get a bike is repaint, then remove fenders, change all the bogus factory items like grips, seat, handlebars, mirrors ect, for better quality Chinese items. Green tail light and blinkers to match the paint on the 900LTD.:)

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

I like the seat on that 900LTD. Is that stock or aftermarket?

you ahve to admit, those foam grips that came on some of these bikes (mine) are pretty bad...reminds me of my first BMX bike in the 80's :P

hard to beat the good looks and styling of a stock kz.some really nice ones here.

after you get one modded and are trying to figure out what happened to your trick modded piece or one off custom unit, you feel very lonely :( .

because now that your bike is one of a kind your the only one that is gonna figure out what went wrong.cause you can't ask the guys with the stock bikes what is wrong, cause you done went and put that superdooha mod on it and you are now the lone ranger wishin you had one of them cool lookin stock bikes that you did not want to be like.

hehe,

there are arguments for both.

all in all you can't go wrong with keepin an old kz stock or close to it.

imho, sir's.

I like stock. However, I can't help it if it was re-painted, had a Kerker installed, and had Henry Abe Seven Star wheels installed when I bought it. At least the motor is stock.
