My H1 woudn't lift the front wheel like that. Also I agree, bypassing the injection pump would most likely fry the crank in short order.Jimbohusker wrote: Had one, it was 71/72 not sure what year bought it at yard sale for $50 with title. I bypassed the oil injection mixed gas or was a screamer. It would wheelie easy in 1st or 2nd gear with throttle only needed. Not a comfortable bike bike sure was fun and head turner. It's set up like a triumph bike but loud and fumes were stinky due to being a two stroke. So yes this bike does exist.
I liked the H1 but was glad to trade it in for my KZ900.

I had a H1 E for a few years, won my share of money at school having drag races after school against Nortons, CB 750, triumphs etc. When the smoke cleared (literally), the Mach111 was a winner by heaps. It could keep up with a Z900 (both my brothers had these) in the first two gears but then the Z900 pulled away. As for not lifting the front??? I had to sit on the fuel tank on takeoff or it would threaten to flip.KZQ wrote:

Then I saw the Z1r and that was the end of the triple, after the Z1R I honestly never longed for the Mach111.
First Permanent ride the Z1R since Dec1977 (220,000km) as of June 2015
Second permanent bike 1989 FJ1200 dyno'd 140RWH, great bike.
Third ride is now the Frankenstein 1981 GPZ1100B1, 1983 fully recon motor fitted LOVE THIS BIKE
Forth my work bike FJ1200 1989 (same type as FJ above)
