thanks gieco...could'nt ask for better was created by trianglelaguna
i don't have full coverage on zx-14...and i don't even insure my bikes for more than california requires...basic liability.....i inquired and they told me even customs that owners wanted to value cover were a gray area that gieco stays away from.....no worries cause i ain't jeese james..thank God for that!!!!

Any ways...time and again Gieco keeps keeping me as a happy return customer....from some employee catching a refund i was missed on,and then getting a little check unexpected back...that was two years back and i was a brand new customer to boot......to getting calls a year ago with some info that kept me better insured and cost nothing but an approval to fix the language in my policy.....

to the fact that i can buy a bike...call em...get instant coverage, before even transfering the title ect...and they gave me the same coverage that i have on my car and my kz900,for my kz100MK11....and for a grand total of 7$

i guess if i insured Faberge eggs or jimmy pages guitar ,or a carrera 911,then i could believe the endles adds on t.v trying lure gieco customers...away...but in the real world......they should be running the damn country imho......

Unfortunately, my daughter who just had another (DOH!) car crash (not her fault this time and luckily both drivers where not hurt) was covered my GEICO...

Throughout the process, they truly didn't help her much in getting $$$ from the other drivers insurance to pay for her totaled vehicle...

They where telling her she needed to contact there insurance and she need to do this or that... Of course I said bullshit to that crap... So on to the call with her...

Needless to say... they're being a little more helpful now in getting her case settled...

Over all... Not impressed with GEICO...

I think it has more to do with the individual agents rather than the company as a whole. Just my experience with insurance companies.

In all seriousness, I carry the zx-10r with Geico, and they are cheap. Havn't made a claim yet, bet I have a different view when that happens. I will say that the whole family has had the cars with the same local State Farm agent for 30 years and they dropped the ball on me when someone T-boned my truck 7 yrs ago. Totally his fault, witnesses, police report, he was arrested on DUI, poss. of marijuana, poss. of dangerous drugs, and his car was impounded. Did they get a dime from him? NO!

When I had my wreck back in 03 all I had was minimum coverage and I got screwed by an 18 yr old girl that also had minimum coverage. She had NO assets to go after so we didn't even wast any money going after her. Now I have $300,000.00 coverage so I can go after my own insurance company. You have to watch out for the uninsured or under insured people out there.
