Try
www.mediafire.com/
Click the green button that says: UPLOAD TO Mediafire (without an account). You should be able to navigate to the file on your PC and upload ti there. Just rename it something unique like Dumpster Kawi Poster (or something)

I just checked Yahoo mail and you're allowed up to 25MB per email. So I'm guessing he meant 18MB file, it should work.

If you would like some help changing that 100meg, Raw file to something smaller like Jpeg or Png. I may be able to help you.
The Raw format uses up the most space, it would be a smaller file in Jpeg(much smaller) The Raw format is the current rage for editing, the quality differance is not enough for the human eye to notice, most of the time.
The big question is, how many megapixels was the resolution, when it was photographed? (not the 18 pixs the camera has, thats a different kind of pixs) If it is alot of megapixels, that makes the file much bigger. You only need enough megapixels in your resolution to clearly print a 36"x48" poster. It sounds like if it is 100meg file, thats enough to print a 20 foot by 30 foot poster. I'm just guessing off hand!
Even If people had it in a smaller dimensions and/or resolution. They could go online and find a printing or poster company to do it real cheap. Now days they can make a wall size poster out of a 3x5 picture.
If you get the file size reduced, it could be hosted on flickr for free. Then anyone could go online and get it.
Trust me, If I had that file! I could make posters out of every bike on it.
Let me know if you would like some help.......John
PS- All of the pictures that I post, have 72 megapixels of resolution. I could use more megapixels but they upload to slow & I have many photos, and that's a lot to store.

If you have a Windows Live ID (Hotmail, etc.), you could use the Skydrive feature. I think you are allowed 25GB storage, with the option to put it in public folder.
Not sure if you need the Live ID to access it? Just a thought.
