IIRC, where an original frame was damaged beyond repair and a replacement frame was obtained from KHI, the new replacement frame did not have a VIN number on it.

So perhaps the existing frame is a replacement frame from the factory.

Bad thing is that this is wrecked badly before.:blink:

I know that lady at DMV will repeat "we need to have VIN period".

I was not gonna spend money till I get title thing straight, but I just picked up 28mm carbs.:blush:
