I felt the same when when I got my 1100 Katana last year.
Word of caution:
Be extra observant of your speed, it's amazing how quickly these "sport/touring" bikes can reach well north of the posted speed limit and how smoothly it feels.

the weather broke for this weekend up here so today i fired up the new bike and went for a blast all i can say is unreal what a bike i can't believe all i paid for it was 3000 it is mind numbing how good this bike actually is great handling comfortable and faasstt. i got it up to 260 klick's (160 mph) today a couple of times tomorrow it's getting the big test flatout high speed run 290 (180 mph) should be possible it absolutly flies and it's effortless what a ride. i think i've boldly stepped into the ninties boy's. i'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
OK, I feel better now. That klick stuff means nothing to me! :woohoo: Be careful!!

Me too....but that is the 1890's....
Just bustin' TB I really think it is a classic line. I'd like a tee shirt with it on it.
My bikes 27-37 years old.
