1980 kz750E1 Title Problems

Anyone know of a easy way to get paperwork on motorcycle in Louisiana? I have had no luck on getting it from seller apparently he lost it. I can't get him to call me back to follow up on filing for lost title. The last time I spoke to him he was going to file for lost title if he could not find it by Monday ;that was 2 weeks ago.

The good news is I paid very little for this bike so I could still sell the parts to make money back. The thing is I want this bike and I like it. I want to ride it and I'm hooked! I will at some point get in contact with seller but I think it will be more of the same waste of time.

I could try one of these title companies like Broadway or ITS.If I could find a frame with a title I could swap frames and be done with it. Anyone have a frame I could buy? Ebay has a couple of frames but most have no title. Here, in Louisiana ,it seems everyone loses titles I know somebody who has 2 kz750 but no title.Does anybody need a 1980 kz750 parts bike?
