Couldn't agree more! I had placed an order last year that included some ignition parts - then changed my mind (got an unexpected bonus) and wanted a Dyna system. Called Z1 - had a very nice chat and changed the order no problem! What great folks to do business with!

Update - finally got someone to answer the phone last week, cancelled order.. was told they will put the money back on my card in 3 - 5 business days...7 business days later - nothing. the ONLY reason i didnt use z-1 was needed a couple items he didnt carry..

Jeff at Z1 can usually get what you need even if it's not listed. I've ordered a lot of OEM stuff from him with no problems - might take an extra few days for that stuff, but well worth the wait to deal with someone you can trust. I hope your credit shows up soon. I don't know why businesses don't understand how important customer service is!

Ditto on Z1. I asked a million questions, and called back to change my order, and had a very calm, courteous and patient customer service experience. Awesome folks there! Two thumbs up.

My brother dad the same problem with Bikebandit. He ordered a Yamaha RD350 seat and a few gaskets. The seat was a couple of hundred dollars. They shipped the gaskets and a note that told him the seat was out of production, which he already knew but thought it was old stock they had listed. They took his money for a product they could not get. He got it back later but they tied his money up so he could not even get one somewhere else. I will never use them for that reason. Z1 has any thing you need for these bikes. I ordered a stainless engine allen bolt set for my brother for his birthday last year from Z1E. It was for a Yamaha and Z1E didn't stock it but listed it and it arrived from somewhere else in 2 days. The customer service and quick shipping from Z1E can not be beat.
