They dont answer the phone, or return emails...only take money on internet sales and dont ship what you purchase , and dont respond to any inquiries

Cool, finally a job I can do while sitting on the couch drinking beer! I think I just found my calling in life! Keep your eyes open for Honest Ed's Motorcycle Parts coming soon to a URL in your neighborhood. Ed (Honestly):)

I bought a couple of parts from them almost two years ago (before I learned about Z1). I "think" they are located in Canada - but they also took ages to ship my parts - in the end I called them (they answered) and was told one part was back-ordered. I did eventually receive my order, but have never used them again.

This "back order" thing drives me nuts - I have had the same issue with BikeBandit - I have only ordered from them twice - and both times the order took two weeks because one item was not in stock. If they don't have the parts, why do they offer them for sale - or, at least, tell me they are out of stock. Without doubt, Z1 are THE BEST - orders are filled quickly and I do believe they stock everything they sell!

I get email from them about twice a week advertising their specials. They should be in Ohio I believe. Last time I dealt with them was about 4 years ago and they were fine at the time. There seams to have been quite a few comments about them lately. None of them positive. This is why I only pay with PayPal or credit card. This way I can get my money back if there are any problems.

Bike bandit is a drop shipper. If you order OEM Kawasaki parts, you will get that from everyone. They never stock OEM parts they special order them when you order from them. Your local Kawasaki dealer will do the same thing. I use either Bike Bandit or Ron Ayers for all of my OEM parts. And Bike Bandit for most of my after market parts. Over the last 4 years I have put in about 50 orders to Bike Bandit and the back orders were very few and far between. Most of the time the OEM parts have been discontinued, which they will not find out until they try to order the part from Kawasaki. This is why I first find the status of the part on the Kawasaki web sight before I try to order it from anyone. What I love about Bike Bandit is, that at any time you can look up any past order you have ever made from them. This makes it very nice if you want to reorder something.

None of the parts I ordered were OEM - I get a discount at the local Kawasaki dealer, so if the part is current, I get it from them!

Both are too damn expensive. I've used old bike barn before, 2 years ago, with no problem but with the prices.

Word of advise if you doing business online for the first time with a company, check with the BBB, where the company does business for any complaints before you order, I learned the hard way, the only thing that saved me was I paid through paypal.

Unless I can get it significantly cheaper or they don't have it I only go to Z1 Enterprises. Excellent service, always willing to help.

I missed out on adding something to one of my orders once and emailed Rob about it but it was just after the July long weekend so he was flooded and missed my message so he offered to pay the shipping for the part.

Just today I needed a gasket that wasn't listed on the site and since I had an order going out today Jeff threw it in the box for free. Great guys!

I always go with Z1 first and have never been disappointed. :)

I swear to God, it's like I live in a trailer of common sense, and stare out the window at a tornado of stupidity.
