You should submit that story to CSI because you certainly stole that one.:)

Of all the bikes I have I like the story behind one of my CSR305's. The original owner of the bike took it into a dealership in August of 97 to have it serviced after it sat for sometime. He spent $532.15 having the carbs cleaned, tank flushed, new battery, plugs, oil change etc. The work order showed it had 1501 miles on it at that time. He rode it home 3 miles and his wife served him with divorce papers.:ohmy: He left but the wife kept the bike, finally she sold it to the guy I bought it from. He was into Indians and didn't want to fool with it. I just changed the starter motor, cleaned the carbs and put a battery in it a week or so ago. It now has 1505 miles on it.

I sold a KZ650 a few years ago, and always regretted it. I almost HAD to buy this 1100. Especially when I heard it run. And this one has more power than my Ford Escort!
I love these stories too. Maybe we'll see some more.
