I mean this posting did start off as (other than miss spelled wording) an add for an 1976 Kz1000 Completely restored, new chain, black, $1; all of which would fall under the category of Bike Related...

You missed the point of my post.

Kieth, you did nothing wrong in posting in this thread. I'm only trying to point out that links to auction and sales expire with time. If I was trying to search KZR for info on a particular bike will it help me to find a link to an expired auction?

The link that Gringo posted was to a thread that referenced a dead sale. That's what I'm trying to corral into one place where they can be deleted after they become obsolete.

so this turd lists a gpz 750 motor here on c-list..i post that it is cheap and near me... and i get a pm to go grab it for a guy and then the c-list guy cant be reached again...when he finaly turns up we set up for me to go call him and go get the motor...so i call,set it up at work after lunch to call later for directions....then call just now to get directions and some dude that sounds like the guy i talked to earlier answers and gets all snotty with me and says call back and leave a message..i dont wanna hear about any motorcycle deals...i don t have time and he's not at home now.... click.......can you say... FLAKEY M F...clist you always wonder who is out there...this time it was a nut job........oh well
