All I have is a FSM, I used to have two of them but GPzInfested knocked a battery over on top of an open one and it didn't get noticed till the next day, I could have mailed that one in a business envelope when the battery acid got done :D

I have never seen or heard of any other books about the KZ750 twins, just do like I did and buy several, sell a couple, dismantle the others, then reassemble two or three of them. I guarantee you will know them inside out when you're done :D

Hey guys,
I am thinking of resurrecting this project, but using mostly stock parts. I have all of it,mostly. The problem is as I said before i am not that familiar with the twins. What specialty tools would be needed for an engine rebuild and what other things that I should be aware of?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried to email steell, but i have not got a reply in some time. Anyone have a manual for a 750 twin?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration

Click > kzrider.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&...w&catid=13&id=360420

Also some inexpensive DVD manuals on ebay.
Search KZ750 Twin manual in All Categories.

Good Fortune! :)

90rwhp twin? Wow- what did I miss? Anyone have the link to this motor? I didn't think it was possible to get parts to make the twin that bad-azt- I have a 750 twin- how much does it cost to make that much HP? Last time I looked, it looked like you nearly had to make your own liners and cut down pistons- do they have a kit now?

Inquiring minds want to know!

How does a Kawi 750 twin measure up to the XS 650 twin anyway? That is one question I may even start another thread on LOL
