I can't believe that poor bike hasn't got at least one bite. Sure it would take a few hundred to make road worthy, but I'm willing to bet it would make a great ride once cleaned and brought up to snuff. Still cheap fun at $1k.

I hope it doesn't get parted out.

I kind of agree with him on repainting also, I'll only paint a bike that is so far gone the original paint can't be saved, and I'd really rather find used bodywork with good original paint.

But don't tell anyone, ok?

Just a little over a day to go and still no bids WTF? The seller is getting a bit frustrated it seems. Here is his latest comment.

Hmmm...If I don't see some action on this{250 looks and 43 watchers haven't translated into $$ }I'll remove the auction,do the necessary repairs,and put it back on for 3k-3500.00 and get it.This is a serious no- brainer.And this one is a better color than the one that's bringng those numbers.'nuff said.

I think he's a little out to lunch about what it will bring when running, but I can understand his frustration. Of course listing it in the parts section might have something to do with his lack of action. :S

maybe badkaw is a watcher?
everyone is watching hoping to snipe it with 15 seconds left.

i really dislike people who end auctions early because they are not getting what they want.
i never end mine and have lost my ass a couple of times.

and if badkaw don't get this one, we all should donate a part or two and let him but his own together.

i have a titled rolling chassis if he wants to pay shipping.
most of the motor also.

I had PM'ed Bad Kaw about this bike but at the moment he is in the process of buying a new house and has promised the warden to save all his pennies for closing costs and such. It's too bad really because that looks like it would make someone a really nice bike. Too far for me though.
