It's always nice to see a company get recognition for doing things right.

These days it seems Wayyyy to often all you hear is negative stuff. This company sucks, that company is made up of idiots, etc and so on. On the news, on the websites, in the Newspaper, in fact just about everywhere. Newspapers are full of who got robbed, shot and stabbed. You'd think the world is going to hell.

Nobody has the time to say "Hey, what a great job you guys do". So many folks just dwell on the negative.

I'm glad to see that Z1 gets the recognition they deserve. I've used em in the past and I'll use them in the future.

I tell em so every year at Mid Ohio. Not only that, they remember who you are.......Now, that's amazing.

Is it just me,or does anyone else think that Rob smells funny?
I think maybe Jeff is working him too hard.
Jeff...ease UP on the man!

Seriously now,lol...
Yes,as mentioned already,Z1 is the FIRST place I'll look for parts.
The willingness to help customers is outstanding, and THAT makes a HUGE difference!
Some(and I mean,SOME) of the prices are the same as other places, but the customer relations at Z1 is far more superior.
Combine that with Jeffys knowledge on the Z's...
what was the initial question?

Rock on,Guys!B)

I agree about the customer service and shipping and prices. Jeff is great! However, I remember asking him over the phone about a fuse box for my 79 kaw (as you know they don't make new replacements for them I figured out later)I asked him to look at the fuse box they sell and I gave him the measurements of the plugs and somehow I ordered it with confidence after spending much time on the phone only to find out that it wasn't in fact the piece he described when I got it. I was a bit miffed and I guess that would be the only gripe I have. He is a wonderful guy who took time to help me. The ignition switch I had ordered as well didn't fit.
I think, perhaps, it should have been notated that the connectors were different and what years they don't fit. I just wish that he was able to stock more stuff than he does.
