Yep! I have bought there also and have been amazed at how fast my parts were shipped and arrived. I always check there first for any parts I need because of the very reason you just said. Not too many places you can go into and get service and/or help like you can at Z1 Enterprises. Lots of guys on here will say the same thing!

I wanted to post on this subject sooner but declined to.
I have spent a few $$$ with Z1E, but nowhere close to what a lot of you guys have spent.
However as most of you know, the folks/lads/blokes:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
at Z1E don't care how much you have bought in the past, they ALWAYS treat you like you are the most important customer in the world. (Being in retail myself that treatment is an endearing quality).
On my last order I received an email stating that my order would arrive on so-and-so day. Of course it arrived one day sooner that expected. It's not like the early arrival was a great surprise; the same thing has happened several times in the past.B)
Even if the prices @ Z1E were more than the other guys, they would ALWAYS get my business regardless.

Enough Already! (I'm sure my Z1 swingarm needle bearing kit is already in the mail, right guys?):woohoo: :woohoo:

Z1 ENTERPRISES KICKS A$$!!!!!

I have made SEVERAL purchases from z1enterprises and am very pleased with every one. I am amazed with the fast shipping. Like said before it doesnt just happen once in a while, but with every shipment. I am very surprised with their patience. I screwed around and sent many emails referring to making sure i was getting the right dyna 2000 system, and they worked with me the whole way, they even contacted dyna to get their opinion! Once again I will say thank you for selling the parts we NEED that NOBODY else carries!

i just have to ask,
were you talking to jeff on the phone wendsday at about 11-12 pm?
i was there and was listening to jeff taking the order and being a perfect gentleman.

i just have to add this part.

if you all love their service by the internet or on the phone,
you must visit them in person someday.
they always treat you like you were the only customer they ever had.
they take the time to answer any questions and they really respect you as a customer.

service like their's is far and few between now a days.

you are not just a customer with an order, you are THE customer.

someday i will sneak my camera in there so everyone can put a face to the voice we all order our parts from.

jeff's warehouse is unbelieveable and his service from the littlest order to a multi dollar order is the best.

i can't praise his service enough.

btw, if you don't see it on his websight, call them.
not all parts are listed.
jeff either has it or can get it.

his whole team is aces in my book, but i might be biased since he always takes care of me.

someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

I've purchased from Jeff and company several times. Their website works well and the orders have been filled accurately and shipped quickly. Many other companies could well take note of the way Z1 Enterprises does business.

For those who might think Jeff @ crew do business this way because it's their jobs.. WRONG !! They love it! These guys are the real deal.
I was dealing with Jeff prior to a Z1 Enterprises being around and he has not changed one bit.

They will talk/walk you through whatever your problem is.

I want to add my kudo's to Jeff and Z1. I wanted to order some new brake pads, but before he would take my order he wanted me to check to make sure I still had the stock calipers (he was concerned that someone had changed out the calipers). Then when I got the package I found that he didn't charge enough for shipping!!

I also enjoyed talking to Jeff. I have a G1 Classic and he told me a whole bunch of info I didn't know.
