Where ya thinkin' about headin' to...I'm in southwest Michigan

Staying fairly local to me, the West burbs of Chicago. Some decent backroads over this way if you follow a river or two. See the above photos. The roads get more interesting than what is pictured there if I can keep everyone from flying into the corn netting! :ohmy: I do have some ZRX brothers over in Buchanan, MI. Would like to come over before the weather turns. Maybe in two weeks if you want to hook up around then.

Yeah, in a couple weeks would be fun. I need to stay fairly local this weekend also.

Had a great day out riding with Saxjonz, Fast Eddie and WFO Joe(from the ZRXOA). We had a great mix of bikes: Saxjonz's 79 KZ 1000, Eddie's 78 Yamaha XS 650, my 77 KZ 650, and Joe's 2003 ZRX 1200. We went out West and S.W. of Chicago. Found a mix of straight, sweeper and twisty backroads. We had lunch at Starved Rock State Park.

My bike blew the main ignition fuse on the downhill return run.:ohmy: Had to dead stick on a downhill twistie section right behind a group of Harleys. Glad to have Saxjonz along with a spare fuse. Also Eddie diagnosed the problem further found and fixed a bad fuse connector. Eddie is the owner of Naperville Motorsports and a great asset to have along on a ride for many reasons.

We came back to my house and swapped bikes around for a short run. Saxjonz may have found his next bike. Pics below:
