 I've used the same kind of jack-more than once. They work just peachy with either wheel still on. Never tried it with both off though.

I was going to say if you didn't get it on the road, there's front and rear suspension, switch gear and an exhaust can for a KZ Streetfighter project. Try picking up those parts individually and it'll be over $300, then you've got carbs and a few other bits. After all is done, frame and engine with title will bring in a few bucks. Whether it's on the road as a ZX6 or cannabilized, it was a gift at $300!!!

MMM I keep eying that suspension.. but I guess I'll try driving it first :) I will say my hands hurt the one ride I did take, it may just be too uncomfortable for me. I had to use 2 jacks because the center stand is missing. Got the new chain and sprockets on before work tonight, now the start button no worky. Was too dark to check it out, have to see whats up with it in the morning. Just won a set of carbs for it off ebay for $5 plus $20 shipping, just for spares :) Gringo also sent me an auction for a KZ-1000 I won for $25 right near my house! Seller still hasnt contacted me, I'm emailing him tonight. He's prolly PISSED  This kind of makes up for finding my new boat motor seized over the winter.

I don't know why the guy would be pissed, he didn't even know what he had, the bike was listed as a 750. I'm thinking you got the buy of the year on that one, the Kerker header alone has to be worth at least a deuce.B)

I got in contact with him today. I will give him $50-$100 depending on what I think when I get there. I feel bad at $25 but I'm not gonna go nuts either with generosity. Should be picking it up Saturday. May pick up a few Hondas too, but not for me. He said he has a lot of bikes. I'm almost decided to sell the Ninja, maybe make room for another KZ or a GPZ would be awesome. The ninja hurts my thumbs! i dunno why. It does wheelie easy, and I hit 75 in second without trying, it's pretty quick. Just need to get it road worthy so I can make some money off it to finance something more my "speed". ;)

My sis has one, a '93 D with a 4-1 Muzzy on it. I was seriously impressed the first time I took it out. That thing rips! I've been looking for one for the wife for about what you got yours for.....LUCKY!

Those looks like the stock forks to me and I've seen a set personally.

Nice find though B)

Later, Doug

Thats what I was gonna use but my friend let someone borrow his lift and couldnt get it back in time. I still need to use it to swap boat motors too. Hopefully it shows up soon.

Ran you prolly wouldnt be too jealous if you saw it. I call it my ghetto redneck boat. The windhield is cut out with a sawsall, has a camaro bucket seat on a wooden platform, and it was built in 1964. It looks like crap, but when it ran it was nice enough for me :) I'll take some pics of it one of these days. I'm pretty upset at it right now so I towed it to a lot to store it so I dont have to look at it.

well, its still better than my inflatable raft by sevlor. lol!

I was just given a 20 foot Hull and new trailer, but I have no place to store it so I said no, it needed everything to be a cool boat as it was just a Hull and thats it.
no motor, seats, steering, electrical or anything.

told my uncle to go fetch it and buy the neighbors rotten boat next door and scavenge parts from it.
