I have the same Problem. Good to know that a 3A rotor will fix the adjustment Problem. But it´s difficult for me to find/get a single 3A rotor here in Germany.

Super nice. I see you have the same problem I had with my Dyna S. I installed the 3A (I think) Rotor for the Z1900 . The pick up magnet is located slightly different and it put the breaker plate right into the middle of the slotted adjustment. Call Dynatek they sent me to rotor free.

Thanks Mikaw, I like the idea of the gold in the rear somehow. Maybe a gold rear sprocket would be good, I will have to play around with some ideas there.
And Scirocco, that tank dent has bothered me for quite some time. I really need to go check out a dent guy but first need I need to give this money pit a break for a little bit. Maybe in the spring I will get it taken out.

I am a big fan of your build! I am doing a very similar build on a 76KZ900 LTD. I am curious as to what rear wheel, hub and brake set up you went with. I am also using the same GS1100E swing arm. Thank you for any help that you can provide me.

Thanks Mark. Good luck with your build, you should start a thread so we all can see.
The rear wheel is off a 1988 Kawasaki ZX10, if I remember correctly it is 4.5 inches wide not 5.5 like most modern sport bike wheels, so it allows me to comfortably run a 160 tire. Hub is the same but I think I did shave a little bit off to make it fit better in alignment with the chain. Brake set up, I have no idea. I took it off of a parts bike and had a hell of a time working this out.
