We LOL's when we saw that! Not unlike what we found on The Wounded Z, a '74 barn/outdoor find stored 30* years in the PNW. It took us seven hours to get the jugs lifted off of one particular piston in similar condition to the rusty #1 enough to push the piston pin out from under the sleeve. A press was needed to push the piston the rest of the way out.73z1 wrote:

Piston cylinder clearance exceeds limits.Are you planning to re-use those pistons?
Yes, Mcmaster 2.562 hole saw, CB750 remove rod caps pull cylinders, pistons, rods piece of cake,Z1 pain in the ass.Do we see here cutting the domes out with a holesaw?
