Does anybody have any ideas on how to align the sprockets? Any information would greatly appreciated.

I saw someone post some pictures using a small laser level. Hold it on the plane of the large sprocket and point it at the small one.

That's a wide tire 200. Do I see a stock sprocket cover in a picture? Usually that rear would need a 5/8" offset front. I've done this a few times and have went down to 530 chain. And it fits right along the inside of frame rail. I have seen guy's cut a notch out of frame and plate it off to get that 1/4" or so. Do you plan doing hole shots from a dead stop as in at the drag strip? Then the offset front should have a bearing support. If it is just a show night cruiser? You might be able to machine off the bearing cup? I have and old pic somewhere?

Yes it is a Stock Side cover, I do plan to rip the hell out of it. It is now a 1428cc. I do have an offset front sprocket but not a 5/8. I believe it is a 1/2''. I'll look it up to let you exactly. I will also send a picture of the front sprocket.
