Better heat up that frame to relieve stress.

If remove some 13mm of material on left side , there wouldn' be any space for chain. Frame is now widened for 26mm.

She is on the wheels now. I made new bushings for the swing arm axle. Now I'll have to fix rear shock on brackets. Any suggestions how should I weld brackets on the frame.
regards.

You certainly didn't waste any time doing that! Perhaps look at the F4 frame and see how they did the shock bracket for ideas. looking good.

If you can, duplicate the F4 rear suspension geometry as best as you can. I had the donor VFR frame when I started converting my GPZ to a SSSA. I made a simple fixture to keep all the mounting points in the same spot relative to the swingarm pivot bolt. I used to have a Bandit that someone had already converted to a SSSA but paid no attention to where the suspension mounting points were and it was a horrible ride.

Btw, those suspension pieces look really stout compared to the small tube frame. Any plans to reinforce the frame?

Yes I intend to reinforce frame. As you can see I already put reinforcement tubes where are the exhaust headers and where should be airbox . On KZ rider I saw where should I put reinforcements. I intend to overhaul engine over 100HP so I will need stiff frame.

Triple tree take me 3 afternoons but now it is OK. I hope I'll manage to make brackets for rear shock and put engine in.

Very nice. Why does the triple clamp come so far back at the headstock? is this to mount a stabilizer?

Yes it is for stabilizer. I think when I'll come to petrol tank, I'll have to cut it away and put stabilizer old fashion way like with old Kawa's.
