Looks good so far (I guess it's only 2D printing at the moment :laugh: ). But that will be a nice bracket when done. B)

Thanks lou, I'm a big fan of the 3rd dimension so it can only get better.

Took some brake cleaner and wire wheels to my exhaust and than hit it with several coats of flat black BBQ paint and cured it with my kerosene heater. This didn't include the chrome megaphone, that's in pretty good shape. Also stripped the front end to sell some more parts

Hey;

How did you get pod filters going on there?

Everywhere I go, I read that "it's impossible with TK carbs so don't try".

I've read that everywhere too haha. Thankfully the PO had them set up before I bought the bike, runs well, maybe not perfect. All I did was replace the beat up uni pods with some emgos. Not sure what the jetting is now, I plan on disassembling and cleaning the carbs soon though, that'll be my first carb work I've done on the bike (or ever!)

Haha, well I already sold the 1-UP seat that the bike came with and I'll be modifying either the stock seat or the kz650 tail so that they match each other and then I'll recover the seat.

Gotta love grinder and cutoff wheels (brake rotor is my high tech counter weight balancing device)

Just did some more grinding, cleaning up the bits I cut off. Also got in a zx10r front fender off eBay I'll be modifying to work with my forks but I forgot to snap a pic of that.

Also got my koso db-01r in. I love it for being minimalistic.
