Hope you will get a speedy recovery.
At least you can work on your bike and get something positive from it.
I did not ride a bike for about 13 years (no accident just other interests) and started a build because I wanted something to do.
But ever after the first testdrive I just can't wait to get back on the bike and ride it .
Keep the pics coming.

It would compliment buffed engine covers on a 78. I want to run it around a bit first, then get serious next fall for what I want it to be.....for a while. where do you get silver done?
The silver I did on the tank originally was done by a vinyl pin striper. I printed off pictures from the Internet net an he took it from there. This time I am going to have them printed on.

Thank you. I have not worked on the bike in about a year. I will finish it sell it someday. I have given up riding as my shoulder just hasn't been the same after the last wreck. All I really need to do is some basic cosmetic repairs including a paint job. I am not sure I will do the fans as I didn't have any heat issues without them.mtyquinn wrote: Great build amazing i am building a kz1000 now and hope to post a build myself. cant wait to see how you do the fans on the cooler. beautiful build great work.

Damn fine build-out Jon! You would never know that was the same bike from The Relay Rally. Superb Craftmanship Sir!
Thank you very much Forrest! Glad to hear from you. I think about you and that trip to Wyoming a lot. Was great meeting you guys. Wish we would have had more to to ride with one another.
You are welcome Jon! Well Deserved accolades. Sorry you had that high side. Regardless of whether you are riding or when I come through your part of the country, I will be sure to get in touch. Hopefully, we will ride.
What am I doing these days? .... Building out my new work shop. Check this out when you get a chance. >>>>
