The factory service manual doesn't make mention of applying loctite or anything to the head bolts, just torqueing them in the correct sequence....

Maybe start a new thread asking the specific question will net you a faster reply...?

I've got one other resource I'm searching right now to try and find an answer for you.

Yes us red lock tight on the stud for the case side, and torque them to spec. do not use locktight on the head nuts.

Thank you guys for helping out. I ended up using blue loctite. Hopefully that will be sufficient. Everything is all torqued down, just gotta put the cams and everything back in. Hope it starts back up without issue haha

Lost one of the halves for the exhaust collar, frustrated grrrr.
What engine oil do you guys recommend?
