After some morning storms me and the nephew hit the roads today. Was a great afternoon for a ride. All said and done he says we did about 100 miles. Had a blast, sure didn't seem like we went that far. Was a great run to find any problems and knock on wood, nothing went wrong. Other than a pesky leak from the gas cap if I fill up to much. I'm so happy with this build. Here's a couple pics from our adventure.

Crazy looking bike - impressive work!. B) Still cannot get over how loud that thing must be without a tailpipe..... I think you might find it will make a bit more power if you extended it back further with a turn out at the very least, and it'll be less deafening. Those collectors are about 2.25" IIRC, so you could probably just throw on a chrome turn-down tip from the auto parts store and it'd work.

Also any plans to add a rear fender or do you like having a skunk stripe on your back, and rocks flick into the back of you noggin'? LOL

Are you going to try and source a front whitewall or could you paint one on yourself?

Thanks guys. The front tire will be replaced but it's not wore out yet. No plans for a back fender, Yet! Rocks have not been a problem yet, just water sucks. Which leads to the other question. The bandana keeps water and such from hitting you in the face.

i see,i had seen guys with no front fenders run tape and bandannas but didn't know why.

i have a lil chop that i have ridden without a rear fender on,
and did get a piece of gravel(i suppose) thrown into my back.
whew,i thought i had been shot with a pellet gun .

just received a ribbed duck bill aluminum stingray fender from lowbrow today to insure that wont be happening again  .
