The H1 is difficult to get aftermarket parts for - for the most part you have to find good used or NOS parts to complete restorations.
Not running is a huge red flag. When these bikes sit for years, the crank seals dry out and fail. THat means a crank rebuild. $500-$1000 just for the crank depending on what gets done.
I had the opportunity to ride my friends very early H1's back in the 70's - evil machine. Tough to keep running. My friend would always carry a fist full of spark plugs with him and on cold damp days install very hot plugs just to start the bike, then swap out to hard plugs for riding...
