Hi! Well the project its almost done ... i need plug the :woohoo: wire harness, purge the brakes. Attach the carbs..... so, almost :woohoo: . Actually i need some help with the drive chain, i know the OEM its 630 but not sure how many links, i extend the swing arm 4" so i need a long one.... one more thing HELP!! me with the jets size.... cabs have 52mm pods filtes and open pipes no baffles, if some one can give me an idea about the rejected sizes im really appreciate. Thanks

gas tank looks like sportster

put a coffin tank on that bad boy no offence but get rid of the harley part!

Z1enterprises helped me with my 530 chain conversion. Saves a bunch of actual weight as well as rotational weight.

It looks like a peanut tank - lots of choppers have used them over time. Looks like it fits nice, but high - which I like.

Your bike came along beautifully. I have a question. The air fliter system you went to, what if any are the draw backs to using the 4 independent and removing the air box/ cylinder air filter?
