Well some pics from the swingarm extended 4" and the chopped frame.

Motor clean painted and covers polished done.

How did you get the shiny bits on the engine so shiny? What kind of polish etc.did you use?

I get a polishing set by menards it have a 5 different kind of compounds and 3 pads you can use it whit a drill ..actually you can see the package in the fist pictures. Thanks and good luck.

Hi jrbrownie00 well im going to weld an other piece of pipe on the from to put the hinge , and im going to use a solo seat whit 5" tall springs on the back.

Hi! Well the project its almost done ... i need plug the :woohoo: wire harness, purge the brakes. Attach the carbs..... so, almost :woohoo: . Actually i need some help with the drive chain, i know the OEM its 630 but not sure how many links, i extend the swing arm 4" so i need a long one.... one more thing HELP!! me with the jets size.... cabs have 52mm pods filtes and open pipes no baffles, if some one can give me an idea about the rejected sizes im really appreciate. Thanks
