Very nice...

As for those who are looking for speedo cables: www.motionpro.com

They do custom cables for little money. Just tell them length and what each end needs to mate with. Very easy.

The Suzuki speedo drive may not be the same Kawi standard 2440rpm ratio as the speedo, so that may need to be thought about FYI....

As far as driving the stock speedo instead of the front wheel, check out the Honda VFR ( first or second gen) speedo drive driven off the front sprocket. ZRX guys have been doing that with their ZX14 front suspension conversions and the info can be found on www.zrxoa.org

Thanks for the tips Cory. I just tried recently to get a throttle cable for my dad's atv through Motion Pro without success. During the on line check out it process it ask you to select a country. Canada was not on the list and I was not able to continue with my order. Maybe if I called them I might have better luck.

Yeah. For custom cables you HAVE to call them. For standard stuff, you can always get the part number off their site, then use that number in EBay to buy it from a more Canadian friendly online seller.

Hey all,
Been away for a while. I have made some head way with the KZ. Still a couple of things to tidy up on it. Brake line on the front, muffler, rear upper shock spacers, fuel leak (tee fittings between carbs), gauge pod backing, and final tuning. I had it running, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago. engine sounds great. Now just to get these other things done so i can get out on a ride before the snow comes.

Very nice build. Excellent work. The stripes really make the tank stand out, giving the illusion of a much larger tank.
