Pretty much everything that is not KZ is from a 01-03 GSXR1000. The only thing used on the front end is the KZ stem.

Would like to go with a different tank, maybe a GPZ or KZ1000 tank, not sure about the tail section. Kinda taking it as I go at this point.

About an hour east of Charlotte, NC. Middle of nowhere!

A little MX and trail riding. I got a nice bike, but not had a chance to take it out yet.

uneasy, the GPZ tank on the LTD frame will look something like this

The tank is longer (rear hold down mods) and sits farther forward than the LTD tank. Fork tube tank dimples may be required for full lock to lock travel. Your fork offset looks to be more than the stock LTD tree so maybe not.

I really like the looks of that tank. Either that or a ZRX, not sure which. My tank is in good condition, but I want something different.

Did a little more work to the KZ in the way of a 01 ZRX tank, let me know what you think. Adapted pretty easily actualy. Was 4" wider than the stock tank so I had to modify the mounts, gonna have to relocate or redo the seat altogether.
