As promised for MTBSPEEDFREAK, here is the video with sound for your listening pleasure. This was the day I ventured more than five blocks from the house (my comfort zone)after making sure it was running well. Did I mention previously that it is a blast to ride one of these again! Sorry!!!!

You have done a beautiful job on the Z. I hope you enjoy it for years to come. I noticed a master cylinder on the clutch side, how did you work that in?

Thanks for the kudos guys. I haven't been able to ride it for the last three weeks as I discovered a tank leak when out last. It turns out that the front seam in front of the tank badges and up an inch started to let fuel go through it. Funny place for a seam leak as metal looked good and was mildly pressure tested before paint. Some of you remember the grief I went through with the petcock bung which worked out great in the end but now the inside is being coated with POR15 and repairs done. I think from now on even new tanks will be professionally coated as I needed this like a hole in the head. Got a call today that it should be ready tomorrow but can't put fuel in it for a couple of days and no "wax job" for 1-2 weeks. Looking forward to a good summer of riding this but now need appraisal for insurance quote and safety certificate. Prepare to assume the position!

OKC_KENT On the advice of a good friend, installed a hydraulic clutch as with the Barnett springs, which I really like, the stock clutch actuator almost took two hands to use. The Magura master is a subtle unit and the clutch cover only needs mild machining to accept the slave and could have the stocker put back if so desired. This clutch works awesome, almost makes you want to shift a lot. It shows how much better the later actuator worked as the one I first tried was a brand new unit for the Z1. Braided lines are a good upgrade on these bikes as is the dual disc option.
