Got my frame back from powder coating today, I hope I can remember how to put it all back together again.
I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.

It's easy. Tab A goes into Slot A; Tab B goes into Slot B; etc. Just like a kids Christmas present.

I'm thinking 60,000 grit would be smoother than a piece of paper

Does it really exist or are you just teasin' us?

I stocked up on these and I am going to be using them to finish my engine covers. I will post a picture when finished.

That's nuts.

Have not been able to do anything now for a couple of months as the retina in my eye got detached and had to have surgery. First surgery did not go well, so I had to re do the surgery and I am not able to do very much as of now, I can still see out of one eye. I went to try and take some pics of the bike in progress and to my surprise my kids broke the camera, so for the moment I am at a stall for another six weeks and will repost when the good Lord says so.
