They were famous for leaky seals back in the eighties...are they collectible?

I have a set but they are a bit odd in the fill valve area compared to the Strada's. Haven't ridden on them so can't say if they are crap or not, plan to rebuild them soon if I get the time.

It arrived today which gave me a chance to fit most of the wiring harness.
Had intentions of getting the pipes professional coated, but have opted to have them sand blasted.
I've painted them with "pot belly stove" heat prove paint.

This weekend it was painted with PJ1 satin black.
Today while things were a bit quite on the work front, the wife and I refitted the motor to the frame.
She amazes me with her strength...for a women thats 5 foot nothing and 50 kilos in weight.
Heres the pics...still need to refit the brake calipers...tins to be painted and carburettors have to be cleaned and reinstalled.
Yet to paint the black inners around the Kawasaki on the engine covers.
Every single nut and bolt and washer has been cleaned on the bench grinder with the wire wheel and refitted using heaps of Inox MX3 as I go.

Chaotic Reason wrote: You're doing some very nice work. Loving the way you're going with your build. The attention to detail is great to see. I'm about to leave my place to go work on my bike today. I'm not nearly as far along as you, but seeing yours is quite the inspiration. Thanks for posting your progress with your build.
Thanks mate appreciate your comment.
OK after 1 month and 4 days, this is where I'm at, at the moment.
Carb's cleaned and assembled ready to bolt on....
Everything is fitted....except the carbs, tins, starter motor cover.... the front brake lines need to be fitted and bleed.
All electrics are hooked up, and to my surprise working.
Rear brake was a pain to bleed....but bleeding the master cylinder first did the trick.
In this pic,you will see the secret to my success.
