i love agood hijack.....i still gotta try the petcock adapter(when my new one shows) and the smoothies then it's off to paint...i might have to get a weld in pingle...

i will miss the gray body set but the tank is the best of the three and i dont want a pro job on a rust salvaged/lined tank if it not needed.....i have grown to like the gray set...soooo sad...
the other two sets i can do the black A-4 1980 job on and maybe a luminous red if i get better as i go on the last set....

I've asked this question before (maybe even in this thread, but hopefully not!).....is there any information on how many Red vs. Blue MKII's were produced? It seems that the red ones were way more popular if you base it on the occasional body part up for auction on eBay. That's just a guess though....any data out there for paint?

Aria59 says blue are rare.....I went with blue because that was what Amy chose.....she liked the black too..and i have the sets to do all three...skills will be another thing.....she saw that last e-bay blue bike and was like "blue it is"....happy wife...happy life...:laugh:

well once again Z1- enterprises has surpassed my expectations....

Spoke with Chris this time,at first i was not sure if he would have the info like Rob always has...turns out he pointed out some great tips and was able to get my whole order sorted from my jumbled brain in no time at all.....

Without the Z-1 Ent as a source ,the order i just did would have taken weeks of various e-bay and other sources and the ability to deal with one reliable source is awesome...

Also this was my first time dealing with Reproduction Decals and the Gal i spoke with ,Ellen, was a joy to order from...she not only was on the ball and knew the order...she had me laughing and smiling as i ordered...

I look forward to ordering three more sets of decals and some body sticker location kits in the future...

P.S Z-1 Ent has new colors on their shirts....mine is coming in kawi lime green...gotta represent at the MOTO GP brothas...

Not to turn this into a Z1E @ss kiss fest but I have found the same thing since my first order from them many years ago. Anytime I have called they are very knowledgeable and helpful and that kind of customer service is rare and underappreciated. I have personally only dealt with Jeff and Rob but it sounds like Chris is on the ball too.

I also like the Z1E logo on the sleeve! None of mine have that...time to get some more I guess.

Can't wait to see the finished paint...once you get a couple under your belt you can paint a set for me!

looking at paintworkz site ...wow they really do the multi layers...i still have learn to shoot paint and finish it....

i am gonna just pick a close color...like amc hornet green for my 900 background...:woohoo:

i wont move the shocks on this frame and will sweep the pipe or run velocity stacks but this found picture will be close to where i end with this build

on the frame and body i got still (working on getting) from a member...


i wanna go this route for the most part on the next A-4 project

on the A-4 frame i will have some mix and match engine and frame so i can use that one to do frame brace by kosamn kits and shocks dowels forward...swing arm and triples and rims and forks upgraded
