i did a set like marks for benhurmx,except i machined out the mounts for the guage then welded them on.

Having been reduced to only half a man, I'll resign myself to spend the rest of the day running my $200,000 multi-spindle, multi-axis machining center. Thanks for crushing my will with the 50 ton press buddy. :laugh:

it really is too bad that you have to stand in font of that $200,000 multi-spindle, multi-axis machining center all day watching it cut out soulless parts when it could be building kick ass muscle bike parts for rabid zedheads!

If only, I could make a living at KZ building. Sadly, the busted knuckle garage doesn't seem to pay very well, and no benefits. I guess I'll have to go on making soulless parts for the man. Oh poor me. :laugh:

Thankfully, it's bar-fed, so I don't have to stand right there most times. I let it run and wright the next program, post a little on KZR. Go check a few parts, and repeat.

The sumbitch is making me earn my paycheck today. I gotta hold +/-0.0001" on two tolerances and my barstock is poo. It's barely round enough to hold the tolerance. Dang grinders need a kick in the ass every once in a while.
