Nice shocks... what size are they? Are you putting on a zr front end also?

These are the shocks:
cgi.ebay.co.uk/shock-absorber-Honda-Suzu...&hash=item2308bf2486

I had to modify the top mount, as the mount on the frame although the thread is 12mm, the shocks would normally fit on a 14mm shoulder, but I found that the metal sleeve that fits in the rubber eye in the shocks had an OD of 14mm, so just cut it back so part of the shock (rubber bit) fits on the shoulder, and the other on the threaded part with the sleeve.

They needed spacing out from the frame anyway, so I had some spacers made about 10mm long, so that the shocks stay roughly parallel to one another since the ZR swing arm shock mounts are wider apart than standard KZ.

Not putting ZR front end on it, its having Bandit 600 forks and trees, I've had a KZ650 stem welded into the Bandit tree.

Things are going slow, but I'm hoping for a rolling chassis by the end of the year (just because of the cost of everything, and being able to spare money for it!!)
