KZ650 Streetfighter Project was created by cherrymetal
Here's my petrol tank for my KZ650 streetfighter project.

The blue tank is a GPZ500S (you US guys may know it as an EX500?). I happened to have this tank already.

Pics speak for themselves! A buddy is going to weld the flush fit filler neck within the next week or so, so will post pics as they arise.

It didn't come out quite as good as I'd hoped, so I'm gonna have to break out the filler!

Here's a pic of the wheels that are going on the bike, next job is to get the tyres on and new bearings, new disc bolts and a new disc aswell for the back.

They are from an RF400 (Japanese import model) but are exactly the same as Bandit 600, powder coated Kawi green! Only cost me £40 for both
